The Trailer
The Review
The preface starts off with actress Mila Jovovich attesting that the following film is based entirely on first person encounters and is backed up with evidence both in audio, visual, and in testimonial form.
Although the is a movie based on evidence and documentations, it is also unsettling to know of such possibility of an existence.
The audio and score to me was top-notch gripping, it has haunting images, not for the faint of heart, and the recreation was so believable.
Well the movie was so believable to me, sometimes I can’t just tell the real versus the recreated footage in the film.
I’ve always believe in life outside of ours, and this recreation has re-affirmed my belief in that.
In fact non-believers might for a glimmer of a second change their mind on such outlook too.
If the facts in the The Fourth Kind still doesn’t convince you, well it is still a scary and compelling film.
The Good
- The recreations were creepy
- The audio and sound made it more believable
- It’s good no aliens was shown, as it would ruin the believability factor
The Bad
- Slow build up of tension
- Overuse of cheap, theatrical scare tactics
- You might not able to sleep for the next few days
