The Trailer

The Review

The Curse Of Niyang Rapik is a TV to movie-screen adaptation after the drama series was a hit with viewers.

While some film falter in the cross-over, the movie fared rather well.

With a bigger budget, the talented famed horror director Ahmad Idham explores the world of black magic with much intensity.

The horror images and effects was much more believable, and the camera work slicker.

It was an all-youth casting, albeit their ages, the acting was top-notch.

There’s ample balance of comedy and horror, and a satisfying ending to the curse of Niyang Rapik.

The Good

  • Beautiful local locations
  • Excellent movie pacing

The Bad

  • The story needs a little brushup, there were loopholes
