The Trailer

The Review

After the successful working stint by the duo of producer Aditya Chopra and director Shimit Amin with their hit ‘Chak De India’, their next project is a mounting challenge.

This is a film that’s different than the usual Bollywood films where it’s more of a movie that requires you to connect with the underlying message within the film which is the exploration of life.

Yes there’s no song and dance sequences, but it makes up for it in its humor, witty dialogues and touching moments that make you smile.

The villain is not a bad guy but a corporation, and the battle is never physical but more of mental.

Ranbir Kapoor plays the lead role of Harpreet Singh who just graduates from his MBA with mediocre results, and upon entering the work force full of hope, he was let down by the reality of life.

Singh has to decide whether to compromise his integrity to get ahead, or does he fall back on his principles.

The Good

  • Fresh script
  • Engaging dialogues
  • Mature movie

The Bad

  • Little focus on Singh love-interest
  • Movie may bore some people, dry topic about Sales
  • Some of the cast has little character development
