The TrailerThe ReviewPhua Chu Kang the movie is still enjoyable, that is if you’re a local, or has seen the TV series. But for the clueless, well they’ll have a hard time understanding the loud PCK, and his colorful entourage. As much as I enjoyed it, I felt the film could have been better. The plot was rather messy, a comedy which turns crime slasher adventure cum mystery movie. A mouthful right. The last time I saw the show, Rosie was rather ‘large’, but I was delightfully surprised that Irene Ang has slimmed down. There was a slight confusion as I needed to re-orientate myself with the characters. To me it felt like I’m watching the TV series, but on a bigger screen, and a full-feature length. It won’t win an Oscar but it made me laugh, and was watchable enough. The Good
