Paintball
Synopsis
Eight strangers convene in an undisclosed location for a paintball retreat. Out of the gate, the game seems to be exactly what they paid for: all-out action in a remotely set battle of wits and wiles. As the game advances and the stakes get higher, it becomes clear that the group is playing a very different game than what they had signed up for. With rules that change as soon as they are mastered, the team sport quickly devolves into an anything-goes struggle for individual survival, and the participants gradually realise that their real opponent may be the game itself.

The Review
I’ve to admit I nearly dozed off while watching this.
There’s no immediate appeal for me to stay awake it seems, as I’m not a big fan of the sport paintball.
Nonetheless despite the fact I wasn’t into paintball, the story itself doesn’t conjure much interest for me too.
First up, the title gives away what to expect.
The plot doesn’t adds up when the characters are doing illogical things. It was terribly written.
As for the actions and violence in the film, it’s just suffice enough to keep you entertained for awhile.
But the slow tension especially used by the director in the movie bores the hell out of me.
Please skip this.
The Good
- Few brilliant action scenes
The Bad
- Softcore violence
- Too many annoying screaming scenes
