Synopsis

Past young and dangerous slayers, Brisket (Jordan Chan) and Sparrow (Ekin Cheng) are now asked to run for the “Dragon Head” position in the underworld. While these two reluctant candidates are racking their brains to outwit each other so that they can stay out of the race, their inglorious pasts eventually catch up with them as their followers are plunged into mayhem and bloodshed to get their leaders onto the throne.

This sure is an odd movie. ‘Once A Gangster’ tries to hard to mix Hong Kong gangsterism and humor, and it failed miserably.

As unique as it tries to be, the writer who is also the director is in conflict of what genre this film should be.

There were too many scenes of cliches and stereotypes too.

A nonsense movie will only give you nonsensical reviews.
