The TrailerThe Review‘My Darling Is a Foreigner’ is another of East-meets-West production. Nothing original there being done, but watching it captures a couple’s dilemma of the trials and tribulations encountered during inter-racial relationship. This anime to film adaption didn’t got off to a good start. Yes it’s a journey of self-discovery, which is excellent, but there’s cuteness overload in this film. It could do less however too with the narration, as it was annoying when there’s too much of talk, and too little action. Overall it was somewhat amusing, but half the time I was also cringing at some of the scenes. It seems forced, and I just wish it was over and done with. The Good
The Bad
