Synopsis

Set in Kashmir, “Lamhaa” is a story about an army officer (Sanjay Dutt) and his love interest (Bipasha Basu) in the midst of the various issues that Kashmir had faced over the years. It also features Anupam Kher and Kunal Kapoor in supporting roles.

Is it just me, or the movie poster of Lamhaa is an exact replication of Stallone’s Cobra.

I would think this movie would irks plenty of people, as it deals with the sensitive issue of Pakistan, Kashmir, India and its military divide.

Well I had a hard time watching this, as it’s as if like I’m listening to a history lecture. But the sporadic thrilling scenes helped to dissipate the boredom.

However there’s no happy ending of walking in the sunset for this film as with many Bollywood movies, but it gave a more political outlook on life.
