The Trailer
The Review
Hot Summer Days is a lovely romantic drama with quite a star studded cast, from Jacky Cheung to Barbie Hsu.
These stars each has their own stories to tell, and these collection of stories are woven together in the backdrop of a heatwave.
I love how such sub-plots leads to another, and everything are inter-linked.
Each character has their own struggle and conflict to overcome.
The stories ends with a multitude of endings, be it happy or otherwise, so that made this film more genuine for me.
The Good
- Characters are well developed
- You’ll love the five stories that’s to be unfold when you watch this
The Bad
- Some scenes are implausible
