Henry, leader of Purple Hand Gang, is entangled in his usual on-going war against the adults when he finds out that his school is in danger of closing down. He joins forces with Moody Margaret, the annoying girl next door, and his little brother, Perfect Peter. The three of them outwit the corrupted School Inspectors and topple the plans of the evil headmaster behind the whole plot to save the school he hates.
