As they say revenge is sweet, I would have to agree on that, but of course taking it to the extreme is Homicide Detective Matt Craven played by Mel Gibson.

Craven is a mission to find the killer of his precious daughter. Those who love violence, then this movie lacks much of it.

For me there wasn’t much of tension and excitement to get my heart racing, everything was kinda toned down.

In the end of course the bad guys get what they deserved, but I expected more sensationalism in how they got their retribution.

I consider this a softcore thriller, haha yes, I think I just created a new movie genre category all-together.
