The Review
If you want to a perk-me-up boost for the day, do watch Au Revoir Taipei. It’s one of those feel good films that you shouldn’t miss.
Of course it’s not too a point of absolutely cheesy happy corny, but the movie does however will leave you smiling.
At times you know how a film loses its direction when the director went off tangent with subplots, well the story will present you with several sub-plots in-fact, but not to fret, it won’t dilute the main storyline.
Watching it reminds of old romantic classic with fleeting frivolous moments of such as Before Sunset and The Breakfast Club.
I like this movie, do watch it.
The Good
- Brilliant chemistry
- Excellent cinematography
The Bad
- Too short, you’ll be wanting more
