The Review
I’ve lost count the number of times this series has made to the silver-screen.
The franchise made popular by Stephen Chow I believe is the fifth edition currently.
The premiere is in tandem with the Lunar New Year, and it does has merry tidings in store for ya.
If you’ve been following the series, the revived film reunites the old cast and brought some new fresh faces.
It’s always fun to watch the old HK stars such as Ronald Cheng and Sandra Ng back doing what they does best, bringing laughter with their physical comedies.
This is a movie about mistaken identity, and from that itself, expect nonsensical outcomes.
The Good
- Excellent funny lines and parodies
The Bad
- Hit-and-miss on some of the jokes
